Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep8 – Legends of To-Meow Meow

So to save the love of his life Constantine broke time. As the alternative time line took hold which we know left Zari as a cat Charlie took herself off to Las Vegas, 1962. Charlie mistakenly believing that Zari’s new cat status was the only significant change she took on the appearance of Marilyn Monroe and came face to face with a leprechaun friend. Enter Mick, Ray and Nate to take on the magical creature. It is soon clear that all is not as it should be – Ray kills Charlie’s friend without a second thought.  They introduce themselves not … Continue reading Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep8 – Legends of To-Meow Meow

Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep7 – Hell No, Dolly

The penultimate episode prior to the mid-season finale has more twists and turns than you can shake a stick at or as in Constantine’s case a cigarette. Right off the bat Constantine is having flashbacks. However, Constantine is soon pulled back to help the rest of the legends deal with a serial killer in New Orleans in 1856. Sara, Ray (with a terrible moustache to impress Norah), Ava and Mick go looking for the first victim while Zari, Charlie and Constantine go looking for the magical creature. Constantine is soon abducted off the street and interrogated by a woman later … Continue reading Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep7 – Hell No, Dolly

Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep4 – Wet Hot American Bummer

Every week I have the great pleasure of writing the review about a great team of Legends who travel across time to save the world. This week we heard of the passing of Marvel’s Stan Lee. Whether it be Marvel or DC, Stan opened the door to creativity and gave us permission to imagine the greatest of heroes. Its because of people like Stan that we have the priviledge and opportuity to be entertained by Marvel and the DC Universe and in the case of this review – Legends of Tomorrow. On with the review… Ava and Sara are watching … Continue reading Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep4 – Wet Hot American Bummer

Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep3 – Dancing Queen

From the episodes title I had preconceived ideas about this episode. These went out of the window when I saw the Cast’s music video on Instagram. What a fantastic video and tease of this episode and using the music of The Clash is in my mind the only way of truly saying London Calling. But not just any London but Punk Rock London 1977. The team arrive in London to save the British Monarchy as the Queen has been spotted being cheeky at a gig of a band called The Smell. The Queen’s actions if not corrected would throw the UK into … Continue reading Legends of Tomorrow – S4 Ep3 – Dancing Queen

Legends Of Tomorrow – S4 Ep2 – Witch Hunt

After a tough week what better way to escape than to watch S4 Ep 2 of Legends of Tomorrow. The team are drastically trying to find a way to track the magical creatures spread across time. Enter Constantine (Matt Ryan) as new team member. You have to love Constantine – whereas most people would fall into the existing team dynamic Constantine is right there setting out his demands for paid holidays and a firm ‘no silly costume policy’. We shall see how long that lasts. The bonding between Constantine and Mick (Dominic Purcell) is great to watch and I’m sure … Continue reading Legends Of Tomorrow – S4 Ep2 – Witch Hunt

Legends Of Tomorrow – S4 Ep1

So, the Legends are back and are being hailed as heroes for saving and fixing history. Although they seem happy with the medals it is clear that they miss the challenge and the adventure and are wishing for the excitement that they have become accustomed to. The wish for dragons I’m sure is something they will regret as a twist of fantasy is going to dominate this year. Enter John Constantine (Matt Ryan) who has been promoted to season regular this year. Constantine warns Sara again of the darkness that is rising and suggests that Ava and Sara should stop … Continue reading Legends Of Tomorrow – S4 Ep1
